If You Could Transform Your Health In Just 8 Weeks, What Would You Aim For?

Intro to CST is an eight-week intensive coaching program and training community that will guide you to understand and implement the fundamental components of CST to achieve your own health and fitness goals. In short, we will help you make and keep a commitment to better health.
We’ll Teach You How To Put All The Pieces Together
Everybody knows that health is a multifaceted thing. You have to balance diet, workout, recovery, and that other thing – oh yeah, YOUR LIFE – consistently and effectively to get the best results. Keeping that balance isn’t so hard if you’re already in relatively good shape, but we all know what happens when you start to let things slide…
It’s much harder to crawl back on the horse after a fall.
In fact, we’re willing to bet that you can’t do it alone. That’s OK, tough, because you’re not alone anymore. We’ve taught this course to dozens of clients before you, and we know exactly where to give you a pat on the back, a subtle nudge, or a kick in the pants.
More importantly, in teaching Intro to CST to a wide variety of clients over the past year, we’ve discovered the secrets to achieving that delicate balance of optimal health, no matter what obstacles you face. Everyone knows that health is complex, but there are ways to simplify the parts you need to work on most. Sometimes, it’s just one piece of the puzzle that makes the difference in seeing what the final picture is going to look like.
We’ll help you find that piece and put it exactly where it needs to go.
8 Weeks to Change Your Body and Your Life
Intro to CST runs for eight weeks, and in that time we guarantee that you’ll feel healthier, have more energy, and look better naked. We’re going to do everything in our power short of holding your hand to make sure you are successful. You’ll get:
- A weekly outline of tasks so you always know exactly what to do and how long it’s going to take
- Exercise instruction videos that show you how to get the greatest positive benefit (and least chance of injury) from every repetition
- Three levels of each workout so you stay in control of your total amount of exertion
- Goal-setting and mindset coaching to set your results on autopilot
- Dietary guidelines and checklists you can implement to painlessly optimize your nutrition without giving up the things you love most
- Tools for making success automatic by harnessing the power of habit to actually work for you instead of against you
- Constant support from Ryan and Andy as we answer your questions and cheer you on in the forums

Weekly Video Updates in Our Members' Area
In fact, every time we run this course, we add just a little more content to better meet the needs to each group of participants.
But don’t let the quantity of content scare you away – we’re committed to preventing overwhelm (one of the biggest obstacles that cripple the effectiveness of other programs) by limiting the time commitment to no more than about 30 minutes a day on the high end.
To give you a better idea of what you’ll be doing and when, here’s a breakdown of the course schedule:
The Master Plan For Better Health
Every Sunday, the member Dashboard will update to reflect the focus and tasks of the coming week. Just log in, check the schedule, and ask your questions in the forums.
Week 1 – Establishing Your Baseline
- We’ll begin by establishing a baseline and nailing the fundamentals that make serious work possible.
- We’ll also begin the process of deciding exactly what outcomes you want to pursue over the duration of the course.
Weeks 2 through 4 – Bodyweight Exercise
The first three weeks of training are devoted to mastering your own body’s weight.
- You’ll build balance and agility while developing a greater sense of your physical self.
- This lays the groundwork for training with external resistance.
- You’ll take a long, hard look at your diet and commit to specific actions to eat more nutritious foods.
I was always one of those guys that thought that body weight exercise couldn’t possibly be effective…you have to use weights to get strong and fit. I am glad to say that the last six weeks have proven me wrong. I have worked much harder and seen more progress with the body weight program than I ever did with conventional weightlifting and power lifting. I have been intrigued with the ideas and principles of CST for a while, but now I can say that I am totally sold on it. Looking forward to many years of growth in this system.

Week 5 – Check Up
- We’ll return to our metrics from Week 1 and measure your progress.
- You’ll get a chance to experience first hand how far you’ve come already and begin to taste what’s possible.
- We’ll also discuss one of the least understood secrets of health – the role of rest and recovery.
Weeks 6 and 7 – Weighted Exercise
In the real world, we have to move things daily. Picking up and manipulating heavy objects is not only a part of life, it can be a great way to strengthen your muscles and your joints.
- We’ll address both using simple tools like dumbbells. If you don’t have dumbells, you can use a sack full of books or canned beans.
- You’ll start building solid habits that make your lifestyle support your health .
Week 8 – Evaluation
The final phase of the course will have us checking your progress and releasing much of the tension your body will have stored over the preceding weeks of training.
- We’ll revisit your baseline performance and assess your progress.
- We’ll also help you develop a plan for taking your training forward after the course is finished.
Week 9 – Taking it Beyond
We know this is an “Eight-Week Course,” but we’ve seen what happens when the routine you’ve built over several weeks just falls off without warning. We refuse to leave you hanging after the course is over, and this Bonus Week is dedicated to helping you determine your next steps for continued health and improvement well into the future.
Putting In The Work
As much as “lifestyle” matters, you’re not going to get any stronger or lose any fat without working out. Lucky for you, we’ve got this angle covered.
- For the duration of Intro to CST, you will never need to visit a gym. You can do every workout in your own home using whatever equipment you have (clubbells are great, but you can do just fine with dumbbells or a backpack filled with water bottles) and a clock or timer.
- Each workout is specifically designed to move your body through all six “degrees of freedom” (basically, you’re moving every joint in every direction) so you get the most benefit in the least time. It’s a super-efficient way to ensure that you aren’t wasting your efforts.
- We’ll teach you Joint Wellness that not only improve your range of pain-free motion but actually prepare your joints to function optimally for the specific exercises you’ll be doing in your workout. This means optimal movement, greater efficiency, and better performance, with the result being that you get more out of each workout for accelerated results.
- Your high school gym coach probably told you to stretch after workouts, but you never felt comfortable taking health advice from a guy who looked pregnant. That’s OK – We’ll be showing you how to choose the best stretches and yoga movements to help your body recover from your workout as quickly as possible.
Accountability and Evaluation
We all know what happens when we make excuses for ourselves. It’s not pretty, is it?

Our Forums - Tough Love HQ
One unique feature of the Intro to CST course is the formation of team accountability. In short, we’ll team you up with other members who share your goals and challenges, so you’ll always have somebody in your corner – both to cheer you on when you need support and to call you out when you start cheating.
This tough love can mean the difference between making excuses and making progress. You will be responsible for logging your progress on the forums at least one each week and staying in touch with your accountability team on whatever schedule the group agrees on. You are responsible for your own results, and we will provide you with the tools to measure and evaluate your improvements over the duration of the course.
The time commitment is very reasonable, about 20 – 45 minutes per day, most days are 30 minutes or less. Thanks for a great course. I’m aware of a lack of discomfort in many everyday activities which were formerly mildly painful, simple things like walking and descending stairways. And I have an appetite to keep it up.

Make a Commitment to Finally Live Up To Your Potential
We know what it feels like to want more. We’ve been there, and so have our clients. It takes work, but with the right support and a firm commitment, you can and will achieve greater health in eight weeks than you ever thought possible.
In the past, we’ve charged coaching clients hundreds of dollars for customized training and nutrition programs. Intro to CST costs $197 for full membership in the 8 week program. Given the quantity of instructional materials, depth of processes, and degree of interaction with Coach Hurst, this is an absolute steal.

I am amazed at how much quicker I am able to recover from each round and the overall workouts compared to when we started. After the first few workouts I remember feeling like my heart rate and breathing would never slow down and now it consistently happens within a couple of minutes. Absolutely thrilled with the increases in work capacity, strength, and flexibility that I have seen throughout the course.
