CST101currently offers the following courses. We plan to add more in the future.
IC Prep
This preparatory course is the best way to get ready for certification as a Circular Strength Training Instructor. As an RMAX Faculty Coach, Ryan Hurst knows exactly what it takes to pass CST’s rigorous physical and written examinations (he’ll also be one of the people evaluating you). This course takes you through the contents of the physical exam as well as providing a solid background in CST theory to understand the concepts behind the training.
This course comes highly recommended by the entire RMAX Faculty (the guys who will test you for certification). See the ‘Testimonials‘ page to see for yourself.
Even if you’re not interested in instructor certification, the IC Prep course is a great way to take your knowledge of CST and your training to the next level.
Choose the IC Prep course if:
- You’re planning to attend an RMAX Instructor Certification seminar.
- You’ve been training with RMAX programs and materials for a while and want to see how the system works from the inside.
- You’re an accomplished trainer or athlete, and you’re looking to broaden your expertise with CST.
- You’re a CST Instructor and want a chance to review and refresh your knowledge with a Faculty Coach.
This is the sorely needed preparatory course that RMAXers have been asking for for years, but until now, there just hasn’t been a good way to deliver the material in a manner that ensured quality. The time has come. If you’re serious about certification, or just about your own training, this is your opportunity to work directly with a Faculty Coach.
